Radost is the Czech word for joy - I picked it with the conviction that everything we do can align with our pursuit of joy.

​

To me, joy isn't just the child's reaction to a birthday present - but includes something much deeper that threads through our lives.  The joy of a job well done. The joy of seeing another succeed at their goal. The feeling you get when you know your actions are correct and well thought out.

​

I strongly feel that people are the fundamental core of any business activity. Whether it be design, planning, implementation, or consumption - everything fundamentally comes down to the people involved.  We must not forget all of our activities and plans have both immediate and long-term effects. To consistently approach our work with this awareness creates the best outcomes.

This strategy and approach does not imply that you avoid hard decisions in life and business. Instead, it requires that you focus even harder on outcomes and implications.

 

The name "Radost Solutions" made a lot of sense to me.  Let us engage our people, process and apply what we know about excited, motivated, and passionate people. Sometimes a little joy is what it takes to be successful.
